Before you Begin
We recommend having the following materials ready:

If unavailable, a letter on official letterhead signed by your supervisor is accepted. If self-employed, a signed and dated letter describing your responsibilities, scope of work, and population served.
- Your RN license number, state of issue, and expiration date
- Your ANCC certification number and expiration date (if applicable)
- A short Personal Interest Statement (350 words or less) explaining why you'd like to volunteer will be required later in the application.
Estimated Time to Complete
The application typically takes 15-20 minutes to complete. You may save your progress and return later, but the application must be submitted in full to be reviewed.
Important Notes
- You must currently be practicing in a role related to SANE.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection for a volunteer role.
